This is an invitation to join Paul on a 5-day retreat of satsang, meditation, silence and self - inquiry in the beautiful retreat centre Fridhem in south of Dalarna, situated in the northern part of central Sweden. There will be plenty of time to rest in nature and enjoy daily yoga and movement practices or hang out by the fire, singing bhajans. Most part of the day will be spent in silence. The main focus of this retreat is to discover the power of the silence of your heart. To stop and to be still. To look inwards and discover your own true nature. The retreat offers a possibility to discover your true self which is beyond our mind-made identity and personal history.
