Heartpeople proudly invites to a beautiful autumn retreat i the spectacular norwegian mountains in Valdres ♥

Together with the eminent kundalini teacher Amir Jaan we will create a gathering place and enjoy the fruits of the mountain, the facilities of the hotel, the knowledge and the wisdom of the teacher and the warmth from each others hearts.

We will have two classes of yoga each day - exclusive kundalini classes, some hatayoga and yoga nidra classes.

There will also bee some amusing childrens yoga or/and familiy/child yoga classes.

The Norwegian mantrasingers from Radical Devotion will join us for a lovely consert which will touch your soul

There will also be possibilities to enjoy the magic vibrations and healingpower from the beautiful gongs!

The ayurvedic chef Merete Skjørten is coming together with us to create something very yummy and healthy 😋 She is running her business from www.yogayum. no and have great experience in this field
